As Vice President for Sperry Van Ness in Los Angeles Brian has been a consistent sales transaction leader for the firm both locally and nationally, earning Achiever Awards for his exceptional performance.  Brian brings a unique strategic approach to each transaction by leveraging his vast experience in negotiations, marketing, and asset management.  His vision, persistence, dedication and tenacity make him a favorite among clients.  Brian is also proficient in property management having spent the past 6 years as on-site manager overseeing a trophy 30 unit multi-family property on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood.

As a leading voice for real estate investment education and effective ways to grow wealth Brian has been featured in Globe St. and Real Estate Forum Magazine.  In addition, he is a mentor for several junior agents, and a frequent public speaker on real estate.

Brian is an extensive world traveler, avid golf and tennis enthusiast, classic rock connoisseur, foodie, and beer aficionado.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Cinema-Television Critical Studies from the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television and is a member of the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta.  Brian’s philanthropic endeavors include being an esteemed graduate of the Community Leadership Institute and serving as an Ambassador for the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles Real Estate and Construction Division.
